Bishop Fox's Educational Foundation Uniform Grant Application 2025

Notes for applicants 
Please check that you meet the relevant eligibility criteria before completing the application form:
  • Your child will be entering Year 7 at an eligible secondary school in September 2025 
  • Your family is in financial need and is eligible for free school meals, pupil premium or universal credit
All applications will be verified with your child's school (primary, secondary or both) and by submitting this application you are consenting to us contacting them and sharing the information you have provided in your application.   

If your application is successful you will receive a letter detailing the amount awarded (currently up to £110 per application). You will then be required to present the letter at the South West Schoolwear Shop in Taunton who will provide uniform to an equivalent amount.

The Bishop Fox's Educational Foundation is administered by Somerset Community Foundation, and any reference to Somerset Community Foundation in this form relates solely to its role in administering Uniform Grant applications for The Bishop Fox's Educational Foundation. 

Please note award notifications will not be issued until w/c 14th July 2025, so unfortunately we won't be able to tell you if you have been successful until then.

  • Somerset Community Foundation will share the information provided in this application with the Bishop Fox's Educational Foundation, and also with schools named in the application (for verification purposes only)
