Your Sponsor's Information

Your sponsor needs to be a professional person who knows you well, and who can comment on why you are suitable for the grant you have requested. This could be a teacher, lecturer, or employer for example. Your sponsor cannot be someone you are related to or a close family friend. We will use the details you provide to contact your sponsor, and to ask them how they know you and how they think this money will help you. They will need to know you are making this application and by providing their details you are consenting to us contacting them.

  • I am applying for a one-off grant from the Bishop Fox's Educational Foundation and if successful it is my responsibility to deal with any changes to state benefits or income tax liabilities arising from the grant.
  • If a grant is awarded it is based on the information I have given in this form and in any supporting documents I provide. If any of this information is found to be knowingly incorrect, I may be ineligible to apply for future grants.
  • If my circumstances change and this is relevant to my application or grant if awarded, I will contact Somerset Community Foundation immediately.
